Policy for Use of Coudersport Consistory
The Valley of Coudersport, AASR, also known as Coudersport Consistory, welcomes the opportunity to serve our community by allowing the Consistory Building to be used by local groups. However, we respectfully request that all users remember that this is a unique facility and treat it and act accordingly. Any form of illegal gambling, the use of illegal drugs, excessive use of alcohol and smoking in the building are not permitted. Care should be exercised in the use of the facility and its equipment. We ask that you leave the facility the way you found it - garbage in bags ready to be disposed of, litter picked up, decorations removed etc.
Use is limited to the areas reserved in the Facilities Use Agreement. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. We encourage proper behavior by all users – no disorderly conduct will be tolerated. It is the sole responsibility of the Lessee listed on the Facility Use Agreement to monitor and control all behavior. The excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited and likewise is to be monitored and prevented by the Lessee listed on the Facility Use Agreement.
To protect all involved, a certificate of insurance naming the Valley of Coudersport, AASR as an additional insured is required. The certificate must state your general liability limits.
